Unboxing and Care Guide

To ensure your heavy-duty shaped rug maintains its plush texture and lays perfectly flat on your floor, please follow these physical unboxing and cleaning steps.

Unboxing & Flattening: Due to the dense, heavy physical nature of the 12mm acrylic, this rug is tightly folded for shipping rather than vacuum-sealed. Upon unboxing, you will notice physical creases. To flatten, expand the rug fully, roll it firmly in the opposite direction of the creases, and physically massage the folds by hand. Allow it to rest completely flat for a few days to fully regain its original thickness.

Spot Cleaning: This rug is exceptionally easy to clean. For liquid spills, immediately blot the area with a clean, wet cloth to absorb excess material. Never rub the physical fibers, as this forces the liquid deeper into the acrylic. For stubborn spots, apply a mild solution of water and dish detergent, blot repeatedly, and finish by pressing a dry towel into the fibers.
